Welcome to the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 307 Official website. Local 307 is in the IBEW's Fourth District and represents electrical workers who live and /or work in Western Maryland and the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. One of our primary goals is to represent all electrical workers in our jurisdiction. If you are interested in being a part of the IBEW, please see our organizing page.

We hope this site will also serve as a valuable resource for owners and general contractors who may need the services of our quality trained electricians.  For additional contact information check out the contractor page listing signatory electrical contractors in our area.

If you are involved in the electrical industry, we want you as part of our quality team. Quality craftsmanship, safe working conditions and a fair days work for a fair days pay is what we stand for. Additional information about becoming a part of the 307 team can be found throughout this website.

Local 307 has been helping and serving Electrical Workers in our geographic jurisdiction for over 100 years. We are very proud of that. Not many organizations can say they have been around for more than a Century. You can only endure that long if you are a quality organization that makes a contribution to Society and the people they represent.

On behalf of the Officers and Staff of Local 307 I encourage all members to take an active role in their Local Union. Membership involvement is paramount to the success of our organization.
